Our minimum order quantity varies by product and customer requirements. For domestic orders, we typically accept orders from 1 ton onwards. For export orders, the minimum quantity is usually 10 tons. Yes, we are experienced exporters serving international markets for over 15 years. Our primary export destinations include Southeast Asia (Indonesia, Vietnam, Philippines, Malaysia, Thailand), Middle East countries, and European markets. We handle all export documentation, quality certifications, and logistics support.
Shree Ram Industries maintains the highest quality standards with certifications including FSSAI license, APEDA registration for exports, ISO quality management systems, and organic certifications for select products. All our products undergo rigorous quality testing for moisture content, purity, and other parameters before dispatch.
For domestic customers, we accept payment through bank transfer, cheque, and digital payment methods. Our standard payment terms are 30% advance and 70% against delivery. For export customers, we work with L/C at sight, T/T advance, and other mutually agreed terms. We also offer credit facilities to established customers.

We offer various packaging options to meet different customer needs: 25kg, 40kg, and 50kg PP/jute bags for bulk buyers, 1kg to 10kg retail packs for smaller quantities, and customized packaging with private labeling. All packaging is done using food-grade materials with proper moisture protection and clear labeling.
Our modern processing facility has a daily production capacity of 100+ tons across all product lines. For domestic orders, standard delivery time is 7-15 days from order confirmation. Export orders typically require 15-30 days depending on destination and shipping method. We maintain adequate stock levels to ensure timely deliveries.
Yes, we provide product samples to potential customers for quality evaluation. Domestic customers can receive 500g-1kg samples, while export customers get 1-2kg samples. Samples are provided free of cost, with customers bearing the courier charges. This helps ensure satisfaction before bulk orders.
Once your order is confirmed, you receive a unique order number for tracking. Our customer support team provides regular updates via phone/WhatsApp. You can contact us Monday to Saturday, 9 AM to 6 PM for any queries. We also provide post-delivery support and handle any quality concerns promptly.
